All Playable Callings and Souls!

Hey guys, I spent weeks (months really) putting together what I think will help a lot of new and returning players figure out what they want to play. Total time invested was around 65 hours, 47 narrations, 250+ video clips used(over 500 if you count the unused recordings too) to bring you a look at all 46 souls in rift currently, giving a 30 second brief overview per soul. In this video, I spend 30 seconds for each of the 46 souls in Rift, to explain a little bit about the soul and its play style, and then show you some gameplay footage and effects to see if that soul could be one you'd like to play! Endless Adventure Feature Trailer

They really should have had more people moving during all those fight sequences. Nothing kills my mood more in MMO gameplay footage than seeing a huge mob of people just standing there casting at each other or a big mob. Even loving RIFT as I do, this makes me feel like the game I'm playing is not as exciting as it feels.

Even just putting some filler people in there running and jumping a bit would have helped. This does not represent the energy of RIFT.

Despite this, this was a very well produced trailer that I think captures the idea of RIFT in an exciting way. Dat music.

Warrior videos for low to mid levels

I just finished a series of basic guides for each Warrior soul aimed at low to mid level questing and rifting. The link goes to a menu from which you can select the soul you are interested in. Short version: Riftblades are OP and will get nerfed, Champions kick ass, Beastmaster is really solid after level 21 (Greater Primal Companion). Oh, and Reavers are incredibly fun.

I've also done the full round of Cleric and Rogue videos and we're posting a mage series now. I'll be doing more in depth guides in release once we have access to the highest levels and more challenging content.
